Shipping policy

At STERR, we want you to enjoy a fast and reliable delivery experience. Our warehouse operates 7 days a week, and we dispatch orders every day, including weekends.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed before 19:30 are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 19:30 are dispatched the next morning.

  • During peak periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery Options

We offer two delivery services through Evri:

Evri UK Standard – £3.90

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Fully tracked service

  • Ideal for non-urgent orders

Evri UK 24hr – £5.45

  • Estimated delivery: Next business day

  • Fully tracked, priority handling

  • Orders must be placed before 19:30 for same-day dispatch

Special Rate Products – £6.90 (Delivered in 3–5 Business Days)

Some items are fulfilled from a different warehouse and therefore have a separate shipping rate and delivery timeframe:

  • £6.90 shipping cost

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Fully tracked

  • The correct rate is automatically shown at checkout based on the products in your basket.

These items are clearly marked on their product pages where applicable.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times begin once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. Most customers receive their orders within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays may occur during busy seasons or due to courier issues.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can follow your parcel’s progress at any time.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all regions of the United Kingdom (with the exception of a small number of restricted locations where couriers do not provide regular service).
